Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS
If the product isn't right for you, you can return it within
30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

CONDITION
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in
resalable condition, with all accessories included.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email contact@firstakestore.com with your order number.
We'll reply within one business day with return instructions
and the address.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item
arrived damaged or defective — in that case we cover it.

REFUND TIMING
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within
5 business days of us receiving the return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a
replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
